| Description: | The Jordan Nine Yards Chardonnay (1 x 750ml) is a barrel selection from Jordan’s finest east-facing Chardonnay vineyard. It is the ultimate expression of maximum effort and Jordan terroir. This wine is a rich, modern yet classically defined style with full flavors of clove flower, butterscotch, and lime oil. It is made in a reserve style, from barrel selection from their best vineyard site. The wine is characterized by refreshing linear acidity and mouth-filling fruit textures. The grapes for the Nine Yards Chardonnay were harvested between the 1st of March and nd of March 0. The wine was matured “sur lie” for . months, with regular barrel-rolling to accentuate the rich, leesy character. |
