Tasting Notes: | The palate shows good tannic grip to frame the more pronounced fleshy plum and cherry flavors, which carry through with moderate intensity to the medium-length finish. There is a nice purple flower element as well, with a soft mentholated herbal character reminiscent of black currant leaf . The wine has aromas of dried cherry, blackberry and cocoa powder with hints of vanilla, oak and cedarl . The wine is elegant and fresh with a smooth lingering aftertastel . |
